Embracing Diversity in the 2025 Annual Meeting of MUC Consulting

With the spirit of diversity in unity, MUC Consulting held its 26th Annual Meeting on Friday (17/1). This was highlighted by a dress code featuring traditional attire from various regions of Indonesia, worn by employees, management, and the company’s founders.
The 2025 Annual Meeting of MUC Consulting adopted the tagline: "Cultivate, Compete, Collaborate: Where Innovation Meets Intelligence."
In his opening remarks, MUC Consulting Chairman Muhammad Razikun expressed that the company’s ability to endure and thrive is rooted in the diversity present within MUC, including differences in culture, generations, and professional expertise.
Innovation and Competency Growth
On the same occasion, MUC Consulting Partner Sugianto mentioned that the challenges ahead for MUC Consulting will not be easy. To tackle these, innovation and breakthroughs involving all levels of the company, including consultants and support teams, are essential for sustainable growth.
The key to ensuring this process succeeds is enhancing the quality of the company’s human resources (HR). One way to do this is by encouraging consultants and support teams to participate in training programs to improve their competencies.
"MUC sees HR development not as a burden, but as a long-term investment," said Sugianto on Friday (17/1) in Jakarta.
The event at RA Suites Hotel in Jakarta included several activities, such as a presentation on company policies for 2025 and the announcement of various awards and recognitions for outstanding employees in 2024.
