The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is an integral part of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) at PT Multi Utama Consultindo (MUC Consulting). This policy reflects MUC Consulting’s commitment to supporting good corporate governance through increased awareness, the provision of a secure reporting mechanism, and protection for whistleblowers.
The WBS allows all parties to report alleged fraud, legal violations, breaches of the code of ethics, and conflicts of interest involving MUC Consulting. The report must be submitted responsibly, without containing defamatory content or harming the reputation of others.
A whistleblower is expected to provide accurate and verifiable information, including what happened, where it occurred, when it took place, who was involved, and how it was carried out.
MUC Consulting’s Commitment
MUC Consulting ensures the consistent and responsible implementation of this policy and is committed to:

Protecting the whistleblower from any form of retaliation by the reported party, in line with anti-bribery prevention principles

Guaranteeing the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity by providing reporting channels that allow for anonymous submissions

Maintaining the confidentiality of all reports from the time they are received until the completion of the follow-up process, including during investigation and verification

Taking firm action against individuals proven to retaliate against the whistleblower, including but not limited to demotion, termination of employment, or other legal actions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Whistleblower Protection Policy
MUC Consulting implements a whistleblower protection system for all verified reports, including:

Identity Confidentiality: The whistleblower's identity will not be disclosed without consent.

Information Confidentiality: The contents of the report are kept confidential and used solely for investigation purposes.

Protection from Threats: Whistleblowers are protected from threats, intimidation, pressure, or unfair treatment from any party, including retaliation from the reported party.

Legal Protection: For a whistleblower acting in good faith, MUC Consulting will strive to provide legal support and protection within its authority.
Special Provisions for Internal Whistleblowers (MUC Consulting’s Employees)
MUC Consulting guarantees that a whistleblower will not be subject to:

Termination of employment or unfair dismissal

Demotion in position or rank, postponement of promotion, or removal of other employment benefits

Harassment or discrimination in any form

Negative recording in personnel records
Reporting Mechanism

Reports may be submitted through MUC Consulting’s designated channel, namely the e-Form available on MUC Consulting’s website.

A whistleblower is allowed to be anonymous to ensure personal safety.

Anonymous reports will be processed and analyzed based on:
- The validity of the submitted evidence
- The frequency or pattern of similar reports
- The risks or impact of the anonymous report
