Cindy Miranti has extensive experience providing strategic tax advice to leading domestic and multinational companies. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has progressed from Junior Consultant to her current leadership role, directing engagements that span tax planning, international tax, indirect tax, and transactional tax.

Cindy combines a strong technical foundation with advanced analytical and public speaking skills, honed through frequent appearances as a webinar speaker and moderator on emerging Indonesian tax issues.

In 2025, Cindy received the prestigious Tax Advisory Rising Star recognition from the ITR Asia-Pacific Awards. In addition, she was named as a Promoted Practitioner in General Corporate Tax by International Tax Review (ITR) in 2026.

Cindy’s portfolio includes several high-profile assignments. She has prepared a cross-border tax opinion for a subsidiary of Indonesia’s national energy company, analysing both Indonesian and Malaysian tax implications of regional expansion. She has also provided strategic advisory services to the operator of Southeast Asia’s largest Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant, ensuring compliance and reducing tax risks in complex infrastructure deals. Additionally, she has advised a state-owned geothermal enterprise on the interpretation of new benefits-in-kind regulations, helping translate policy changes into practical solutions. Furthermore, Cindy currently provides extensive tax advice on business restructuring, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Beyond client work, Cindy contributes articles to reputable media and MUC’s insights platform. She also frequently serves as a speaker or moderator at MUC #BIJAK (Bicara Pajak), highlighting her strong commitment to knowledge sharing within the tax community.
