Shinta has joined MUC Consulting since 2004. Currently, she is a Partner in Tax Dispute Division. Her extensive work experience makes her expertise in conducting analysis and tax disputes settlement processes, starting from audit, objection, and appeal or lawsuit. Furthermore, she is also highly proficient and recognized for her expertise in tax advisory, tax review, tax reconciliation, and tax amnesty areas

Shinta has several certificates, e.g. Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak (USKP C) in 2014, Proxy of Tax Court in 2013, and Certified Management Accountant of Institute of Certified Management Accountant (ICMA) Australia in 2015.

Shinta is a graduate of Accounting Master Program of Universitas Indonesia and a Bachelor of Fiscal Administration of Universitas Indonesia. During her study, she became the grantee of Japanese bank’s scholarship in 2001. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral studies at Universitas Indonesia.

Although it has been established as one of the procedures for testing transfer pricing transactions of affiliated companies in our regulations, the tax authorities have not yet utilized the corresponding adjustments. In fact, if the procedure was carried out, the corresponding adjustment can prevent double taxation due to further testing of transfer pricing transactions.
