Since 2010, Tigor Mulia Dalimunthe has been advising multinational and domestic clients on complex transfer pricing matters. He currently serves as a senior manager and specializes in documentation, dispute resolution, and cross-border pricing strategies within evolving regulatory environments.  

Tigor has been recognized as a Promoted Practitioner in Transfer Pricing by the International Tax Review (ITR) in 2026. As proof of his expertise in transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters, he has achieved advanced professional qualifications in international taxation. 

His portfolio spans diverse industries, including automotive, banking, and logistics. Notably, he was actively involved in the negotiation process for an Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) covering commission and royalty transactions. In this engagement, he supported the client in developing functional analyses to harmonize varied transaction bases into a consistent arm’s length framework. 

Beyond his practice, Tigor actively contributes to the tax community as a lecturer at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia.
