Regulation Update 

The government has enacted Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 68 of 2025, which regulates export duties on commodities. Pine resin is now subject to a 25% tariff, while the tariff on cocoa beans has been reduced. The regulation also expands export duties on CPO derivative products to maintain supply and encourage value-added exports from Indonesia.
