Understand PER-11/2025 Through the MUC BIJAK Webinar: Tax Return Update in the Coretax Era
JAKARTA. Since the implementation of the Coretax system in early 2025, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) has continuously made adjustments. One of these efforts is the issuance of the Director General of Taxes Regulation Number PER-11/PJ/2025, which simplifies and updates the rules for filing Periodic and Annual Tax Returns (SPT).
This regulation is considered an "omnibus" rule, as it revokes up to 25 previous regulations governing Periodic Income Tax Returns, VAT, and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods (STLG) Returns, stamp duty, and Annual Income Tax Returns. The goal is to align all reporting processes with the new Coretax-based administrative system.
As is widely known, during the first six months of Coretax implementation, many taxpayers faced challenges due to inconsistencies between the new system and the outdated regulations. One of the most evident examples is the uploading of tax invoices, which has not yet fully aligned with the new system.
To help taxpayers fully understand these various updates and changes, MUC Consulting is organizing a webinar titled MUC Bicara Pajak (MUC BIJAK) Vol. 4 – 2025, carrying the theme: “Responding to Updates on Periodic and Annual SPT Formats Under PER-11/PJ/2025.”

The webinar will open with a keynote speech from Karsino Miarso, Partner at MUC Consulting. The discussion session will feature speakers from the DGT’s Public Relations and Tax Counseling Directorate, including Mohammed Lintang, Intermediate Tax Counselor (Penyuluh Ahli Muda), Imaduddin Zauki, Junior Tax Counselor (Penyuluh Ahli Pertama), and Hafidz Al Faruqi, Manager of Tax Compliance at MUC Consulting.
The session will explore the technical and practical aspects of PER-11/2025 and will be moderated by Ghifari Ilham Aliya, Manager of Tax Compliance at MUC Consulting.
