The nylon film products subject to anti-dumping duties include nylon or polyamide in the form of film or foil, with a maximum thickness of 0.25 mm, classified under tariff headings ex390.92.10 and ex3920.92.99.
The anti-dumping duties apply to imports of nylon film where the customs declaration documents have been registered or the tariff and customs value have been determined by the customs office.
For reference, the decision to impose anti-dumping duties on nylon film products is based on the findings of the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI).
According to the investigation, the presence of nylon film products from these three countries was found to have caused injury to the domestic industry. (ASP/KEN)
