MUC Attorney at Law Provides Free Legal Advice to Entrepreneurs
MUC Attorney at Law in collaboration with Suryacipta Center of Information (SCI) held a free legal clinic for business actors in Suryacipta Industrial Estate, Jakarta, Wednesday (13/7/2022).
The legal consultation lasted for three hours (09:00-12:00 WIB) at The Manor Building Floor 3- Suryacipta Square. It was guided directly by Senior Associate MUC Attorney at Law Kiki Amaruly Utami and Associate MUC Attorney at Law Bayu Aditya.
There were several business law topics that became the focus of consultation at the event, ranging from investment and company establishment, employment issues, general company legal issues, copyrights, patents, and trademarks, to corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations.
There are eight companies participating in this first session of the legal clinic. Each entrepreneur or company representative conducts consultations on a rotating basis, the schedule of which is arranged according to the order of registration of each participant.
Through this legal clinic, Kiki Amaruly Utami seeks to increase business actors' awareness of the value of comprehending investment regulations and provisions in Indonesia. This is important to avoid and mitigate legal risks and ensure the continuity of business activities and industrial relations that are harmonious and comply with applicable regulations.
