MUC Professionals Featured as Speakers at ITTF AKP2I TP Documentation Workshop

BATAM – MUC Consulting's transfer pricing professionals were entrusted by the International Tax Task Force (ITTF) of the Indonesian Public Tax Consultants Association (AKP2I) to lead a workshop on taxation.

The workshop focused on the preparation of Transfer Pricing (TP) Documentation, which provides information about transactions conducted between related parties.

Three professionals from MUC Consulting served as speakers. The first is Wahyu Nuryanto, MUC Consulting's Transfer Pricing Partner and a board member of ITTF AKP2I. The other speakers are Transfer Pricing Managers,  Rama Ames Remonda, and M. Nur Kusumo Ferby.

Before the session began, Sutan R.H. Manurung, the Chair of ITTF AKP2I, officially opened the event with a speech.

The workshop, attended by dozens of participants, was held over two days, Friday and Saturday, November 29-30, 2024, at Aston Inn Gideon, Batam.

For your information, AKP2I is an organization established on September 21, 2015, encompassing professionals such as tax consultants, tax educators, tax law consultants, accountants, and Indonesian tax technicians.

Overview of TP Documentation

As a brief explanation, TP Documentation consists of three types of documents known as the three-tiered standardized approach to TP Documentation: the Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Report (CbCR).

The purpose of preparing TP Documentation is to ensure that the transfer pricing for affiliated transactions set by taxpayers complies with the Arm's Length Principle (PKKU).
