For Tax Return Filing Assistance at the DGT, Taxpayers Must Book a Queue Number  through the “Kunjung Pajak” Application

Requests for helpdesk assistance for the filing of the Annual Tax Return at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) Head Office must be preceded by a queue number booking. 

To make the booking, taxpayers may access the “Kunjung Pajak” booking application. This requirement was conveyed by DGT through Announcement Number PENG-10/PJ.09/2026. 

The helpdesk service for assistance in completing the Annual Tax Return provided by the DGT is located at the Buddhi Building Hall, 1st Floor, DGT Head Office, Jalan Gatot Subroto Kavling 40–42, Jakarta. 

About the Kunjung Pajak Application 

The Kunjung Pajak application is a facility provided by the DGT to obtain visit queue numbers online. Its purpose is to ensure that visit schedules are more organized and that taxpayers can receive services that are faster, more orderly, and more efficient. 

Through this service, taxpayers can determine a visit time that fits their activities. For reference, the helpdesk service is available every Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00  Western Indonesian Time (WIB). 

Types of Helpdesk Services 

Several services that can be utilized through the helpdesk include: 

  1. Updating the email address and mobile phone number data of the taxpayers 
  2. Activation of the taxpayers’ Coretax accounts 
  3. Generation and validation of the DGT authorization codes as well as electronic certificates 
  4. Completion of the Annual Individual Income Tax Return  

Procedure of the Kunjung Pajak Booking Application 

The following are several steps that taxpayers must take when making a queue number booking through the Kunjung Pajak booking application: 

  1. Prepare personal data or identification documents 
  2. Access the Kunjung Pajak booking application through the link https://kunjung.pajak.go.id/ 
  3. After accessing the Kunjung Pajak booking application, click the “Register” button 
  4. Fill in the prospective visitor’s identification information 
  5. Select the desired service and visit schedule 
  6. After the queue information appears, click “Booking.” 
  7. Take a screenshot of the queue number sent to the email address provided in the visitor information 

After obtaining the queue number, taxpayers must visit the DGT office on the requested date. It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled visit time and bring the taxpayers’ identification documents. 

Upon arriving at the consultation location, taxpayers should show the screenshot of the queue number received to the officer. (ASP)
