MUC Consulting Supports Industry–Campus Collaboration at the University of Indonesia Employer Meeting Forum 2025
JAKARTA. The University of Indonesia (UI) once again hosted the 3rd Employer Meeting Forum & Seminar on Tracer Study 2025 on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, at the Makara Art Center UI. Organized by the UI Alumni Directorate, the event serves as a strategic platform connecting academia and industry to strengthen the national talent ecosystem. This year, MUC Consulting participated as one of the industry partners, represented by MUC Consulting Partner Shinta Marvianty.
Carrying the theme “Connecting Graduates and Industries Through Tracer and Employer Studies & Acquiring and Managing Talent in the Digital Era,” the forum highlighted the importance of collaboration between universities and industries in preparing graduates with competencies relevant to future needs. In her opening remarks, UI Alumni Director Prof. Fentiny Nugroho emphasized that such synergy is crucial to maintaining graduate competitiveness. UI’s recent achievement of re-entering the world’s top 100 universities in the QS World University Rankings 2026 further underscores the importance of graduate reputation in the eyes of industry.
“Your contribution to this evaluation greatly determines UI’s international standing and plays an essential role in strengthening the reputation of Indonesian institutions on the global stage,” she said.
Meanwhile, the keynote speech delivered by Dr. Beny Bandanadjaja, S.T., M.T., Director of Learning and Student Affairs at the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, emphasized the role of tracer studies and employer studies as the foundation for transforming higher education. Graduate data, he noted, serves as a compass for designing adaptive curricula in the digital era.
“Higher education institutions must transform into talent incubators that are adaptive to the digital age,” he stated.
The forum was attended by around 300 participants from 225 companies, featuring panel discussions on recruitment strategies, digital competency needs, and the challenges of managing multigenerational talent.
MUC Consulting Partner Shinta Marvianty stated that collaboration between universities and industry holds strategic value for national human resource development. As educational institutions that produce professional talent, universities carry a significant responsibility to deliver high-quality human resources.
“We at MUC Consulting are proud to partner with UI to create opportunities for outstanding talent that fit our needs in the tax consulting field. This partnership is not only about recruitment but also about building a collaborative ecosystem that supports career development and enhances the quality of Indonesia’s human resources.”
Through this forum, UI and its industry partners hope to foster sustained collaboration in building a generation of Indonesian talent that is competent, adaptive, and ready to face future challenges toward Indonesia Emas 2045. (KEN)
