Year-End Reminder: DGT E-mails Notices of Tax Arrears
JAKARTA. The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) stated that it has sent e-mails to taxpayers containing reminders of their outstanding tax obligations. This information was uploaded by the DGT on Friday (7/11), or two months before the end of 2025.
According to the DGT, the email reminders were sent to ensure that taxpayers can fulfill their tax obligations smoothly.
“The e-mails represent DGT’s commitment to assisting taxpayers in completing their tax administration smoothly and without obstacles,” the DGT stated.
In addition to reminding taxpayers about their outstanding tax obligations, the DGT also advised taxpayers to take several steps.
First, taxpayers are asked to visit Coretax and check their tax bills in the “Payment” menu, then proceed to the “Create Billing Code for Tax Bill” page.
Second, taxpayers are asked to select the tax bill to be paid by ticking the checkbox.
Third, fill in the payment amount in the “Amount You Want to Pay” column or the amount that must be paid.
Fourth, go to the “Create Billing Code” menu and make the payment through official channels. Several official payment channels include bank tellers, ATMs, mobile/internet banking, or e-commerce platforms with the MPN-G2 menu.
In addition, the DGT also reminded taxpayers who cannot access Coretax to contact the official DGT service channels.
Several official complaint services are available, such as visiting the nearest Tax Office (KPP), accessing the website www.pajak.go.id, using the Kring Pajak service at 1500200, asking directly through the X (Twitter) account @kring_pajak, or sending an email to informasi@pajak.go.id. (ASP/KEN)
