Festive Employee Gathering Celebrates the 26th Anniversary of MUC

JAKARTA. In celebration of its 26th anniversary, MUC Consulting successfully organized an Employee Gathering at Taman Budaya Sentul, West Java, on Friday (1/8).

The Employee Gathering consisted of a series of activities, including a cake-cutting ceremony, gifts, door prizes, and various agility games designed to foster stronger connections among attendees.

This annual event, themed "Culture We Built, Future We Share," was attended by MUC Consulting employees and management.

The theme was chosen to emphasize that culture and core values are the foundation of the company in facing both current and future challenges.

Upholding Company Values

This was emphasized by the Founder and Managing Partner of MUC Consulting, Sugianto, in his opening remarks. According to him, in facing future challenges, MUC Consulting must remain steadfast in upholding its core values.

“To move forward, the values we believe in will serve as the foundation for competing,” said Sugianto on Friday (1/8).

There are at least three core values that form the foundation of MUC Consulting.

First, MUC Consulting is a company that upholds the spirit of service excellence, which is closely tied to integrity.

Second, MUC Consulting is a human-centered organization.

Third, MUC Consulting is a learning organization, committed to continuous learning.

Regarding integrity, Sugianto reminded all employees and management to uphold it diligently. He acknowledged that maintaining integrity is not easy, but emphasized that there is no justification for compromising it under any circumstances.

The Importance of a Growth Mindset

In addition, to remain competitive, MUC Consulting must continue to be an organization that embraces a growth mindset.

Founder and Chairman of MUC Consulting, Muhammad Razikun, stated that it is through this growth mindset that MUC has been able to evolve into the globally recognized tax consulting firm it is today.
