ITR Recognizes 16 MUC Consulting Practitioners as Highly Regarded, Rising Star, and Promoted Practitioners

JAKARTA. International Tax Review (ITR) has released its latest rankings of tax advisory firms and individual tax experts in the ITR World Tax 2026 Rankings.

The rankings, published on Wednesday (15/10), are based on practitioner profiles and firm performance across more than 140 jurisdictions worldwide.

In this year’s rankings, 16 MUC Consulting practitioners received recognition under three categories: Highly Regarded Practitioner, Rising Star Practitioner, and Promoted Practitioner.

Highly Regarded Practitioner

The Highly Regarded Practitioner category recognizes professionals who are highly respected by peers and the broader market, with a strong track record in handling critical and complex tax matters.

In this category, ITR once again named two MUC Consulting Partners as Highly Regarded Practitioners: Wahyu Nuryanto, Transfer Pricing Partner, and Imam Subekti, Tax Dispute Partner. 

Both practitioners have consistently been recognized as Highly Regarded Practitioners by ITR since 2022.

Rising Star Practitioner

MUC Consulting professional Sutiah Sidik, Transfer Pricing Manager, has been named a Rising Star Practitioner in the ITR World Tax 2026 rankings. This marks her second consecutive recognition by ITR, after receiving the same title last year.

The Rising Star Practitioner category is awarded to tax professionals in the early stages of their careers who have demonstrated outstanding performance and are highly regarded by peers and clients. They are recognized as future leaders in the tax profession.

Promoted Practitioner

The Promoted Practitioner category recognizes individuals who have not yet been ranked in previous editions but have now demonstrated capabilities that merit acknowledgment.

A total of 13 MUC Consulting practitioners have been recognized in this category, across three practice areas: General Corporate Tax, Tax Controversy, and Transfer Pricing.
