Try Coretax Now: Explore the Pre-Implementation Version
The Coretax system is set to be officially implemented on January 1, 2025. However, it is now accessible to taxpayers during the pre-implementation phase until December 31, 2024.
As stated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) on its official website, the pre-implementation phase of Coretax has been ongoing since December 16, 2024. The goal is to provide taxpayers with ease of use when navigating the Coretax system.
To participate in the Coretax pre-implementation, there are several steps to follow. First, taxpayers can log in by entering their user ID, which can be either their Population Identity Number (NIK) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
Second, input the DJP Online password, the captcha code, and then click the "Login" button. Third, taxpayers will be prompted to reset their password by following these steps:
- Choose the Confirmation Purpose by filling in an email address or phone number.
- Enter the captcha code.
- Check the "Statement" box.
- Click the "Send" button.
Fourth, check your email or SMS for a link to reset your password, which will be sent by the system. Make sure the sender's email domain is @pajak.go.id (for email) or “DJP” (for SMS). Then, click the link and proceed with changing your password.
Fifth, after changing the password, taxpayers will also be asked to fill in a passphrase field, which should be different from the password. This passphrase will be used as a substitute for a digital signature when utilizing services provided by Coretax.
After completing these steps, taxpayers will be able to log into Coretax, although its features will still be limited as it is in the pre-implementation phase. (ASP/KEN)
